| Tiivistelmä: | It is part of technology leader's job to create the culture that fosters innovation. Such a culture evokes incredible energy, enthusiasm, initiative, and responsibility-taking connected to achievement of extraordinary high goals. In the author's experience this is not the culture that most organizations have today. Most organizations have less productive, but more comfortable, cultures. Some, for example, have a paternalistic culture, in which senior management takes care of the employees. |
