| Tiivistelmä: | We can not standardize stock market by only depending on simple administrative intervention. Only by strengthening system construction, can we control speculation activities on stock market. Doing so will help establish the securities market suiting macro economic situation,perfect money supply mechanism, change the harmful phenomena that the whole people make speculations in stocks and the varieties of investment greatly. To realize the transition to a mature and standardized stock market in China, we have the following issues to study: the government's intervention and regulation and control over stock market, the way out of banks' credit funds, the opportunity of promulgation of "securities law" and the development of common fund. |
