| Tiivistelmä: | Compared with the Western countries, China's investment fund undertaking got off to a late start and at a low starting point. Therefore, there exist some problems, such as the inadequate element of scale economy and lack of single-nature and specialized investment funds. The present funds in China are almost all closed ones. In light of China's national situation, we should develop vigorously closed industrial investment funds. At the same time considering integrating with the international practice we should cultivate actively open security investment fund, establish steadily Sino-foreign cooperative fund, develop gradually the national fund and establish a serial of funds related to the reform and development of state-owned enterprises, grasping the chance of the times. |
