| Tiivistelmä: | Industrial investment funds are divided into four stages according to the business development of the invested enterprise namely initiating stage, founding stage, expansion stage and mature stage. Currently, our high-tech industries are still staying at a preliminary stage, are characterized by excessively small scale of capitals, single products and weak competitiveness. Considering enterprises' huge demand for funds, only industrial investment funds can satisfy enterprises' huge demand for funds as well as effectively restrain the operation of enterprises by means of its mechanism, because industrial investment funds have the characteristics of both industrial development and funds. Therefore, they can reduce the risks of investment. In addition, the industrial investment funds can effectively solve the debt problems between banks and enterprises. |
