| Tiivistelmä: | Policy coordination of competition on a global scale should be carried out by multilateral international organization, regional organizations and bilateral channels. Policies and regulations for competition in China fall far behind other economic entities in the APEC. Therefore, we have to perfect our laws and regulations continuously, open the market, accelerate the pace of the liberation of trade and investment, pay attention to the combination of our trade policies, investment policies and competition policies, the combination of competition policies and industry policies, promote the coordination between competition policies and technology policies, loosen the control over certain monopoly industries and encourage individual capitals and foreign capitals to enter certain monopoly industries. It is suggested that a fair trade committee be set up. |
