| Tiivistelmä: | This paper explores the activity of the government's economic management by using "cost-benefit" method. It gives a definition of the cost of the government's economic management and gain on it and makes a concrete analysis of various countries' success or failure in managing economy. On that basis, it points out that China should defines scientifically the government's behavior and establish the low-cost and high-gain system of the government's economic management in the course of establishing the socialist market economy. |
