Tiivistelmä:The concept of moral reflection is introduced and several contextual variables thought to affect how much an individual engages in Business-Relevant Moral Reflection (BRMR) is tested. The degree of organizational centralization is negatively related to BRMR and organizational norms are positively related to BRMR. In addition, it is found that the greater the importance an individual on both pragmatic and moral values, the more he or she thinks about business ethics.
