| Tiivistelmä: | As to adjust the industrial structure of state-owned industry, we should decrease the proportion of state-owned industry in basic industries properly. And the state-owned capital withdrawn from the basic industries should be put into the technology-intensive industries. The structural adjustment of state-owned industry should be made under the condition that the resources of the industries and sectors of various forms of ownership can flow. On that basis, the up grading of industrial technological system and industrial structure of processing industry needs to be promoted further. |
