| Tiivistelmä: | According to experts, leasing may trigger potential consumption as far as the pulling of consumption is concerned. The updating of products on modern markets takes place from day to day. The existence of leasing makes it possible that transitional products are to be consumed in the form of leasing while relatively mature products are to be bought and consumed. Leasing plays a non-fungible and special role in the realization of optimal allocation of production factors and the circulation of stock assets as well as lightening pressures on enterprises and promoting the benign development of the national economy. Up till now, the leasing industry in China is not standard yet. The realization of the institutionalization of leasing is absolutely necessary so as to promote the development of consumption by leasing. |
