| Tiivistelmä: | Viewed from the market demand capacity and the related industrial effect at present and in the coming period of time, housing development making up 60% to 80% of building industry as a whole is and will be no doubt a new economic growth point. But the longstanding welfare housing allocation has reduced the effective demand of the whole society for commercial building. So we should deepen housing reform and activate real estate market, which is an important way for making housing development a new growth point. However we should practise different housing supply policies towards the families with different income levels. Moreover we should pursue and improve the housing accumulation fund system, guide urban residents for their changing the old housing concept and establish the secondary and tertiary housing markets for real estate transactions. |
