| Tiivistelmä: | China's current grain reserve is excessively large. This is due mainly to the excessively large scale of turnover and reserve, which should be greatly contracted. Reserve scale for special purpose should should be 60 billion jins or slightly more, with 70 billion jins as the upper limit. It would be better to establish a reserve control system at the central level for the nation's special reserve of grain. Local government should also build up their own grain reserve, namely local reserve. Unless significant fluctuations occur in national grain situation, the nation's special reserve of grain will not play its role of taking in and sending out as well as controlling, with the purpose balancing relatively high degree of fluctuations on national market. |
