| Tiivistelmä: | With opening to the international market and due to the time difference in development degree, the products with high technological contents, produced by Anke High-Tech Company, a Sino-American Joint venture with state share holding the dominant position in Shenzhen city have been affected seriously. This is just because the traditional mode of business operation can not satisfy the demand of high sci-tech development any more. So we should mobilize the initiative of scientists and technicians according to the characteristics of technological factors and law of market economy. At the same time, we should turn every technological development project into a independent accounting unit with a view to making the income of technicians linked directly to the profits brought by project development. |
