| Tiivistelmä: | G-7 economies reduced their tax rates in the 80's but raised them again in the 90's. However many developing nations have continued to bring their tax rates down. When examining tax rates and economic growth simultaneously, it seems that raising tax rates slows down GDP growth while reducing tax rates has an opposite effect. |
