| Tiivistelmä: | Banks cross-country merger is an important phenomenon of international banking at the end of this century and the beginning of the following century. On the basis of cost-benefit analysis on banks cross-country merger,this article concentrated on the risks of banks cross-country merger in different phases. It also analyzed the sound aspect of banks cross-country merger. Simultaneously, it pointed out that banks cross-country merger could not succeed unless it eludes all the risks occurred in different phases of banks cross-country merger. At present, the general trend for China finance is to open to outside world. It means more risks if banking still closes the country to international intercourse and runs in a rut. |
