| Tiivistelmä: | To turn the current currency deflation, it's necessary to take the expansive financial policy and adequate expansive money policy. In addition, more care should be given to supplier-inclined policy. Economy would be entirely revitalized only when fully depending upon market, enterprises and nongovernmental effort and more new increase points available. It's most urgent to support enterprises that comply with the principle of "Three Favorables" so as to bring about common economic development of various ownership. The bank and non-bank financial institutions should have assets reorganized to covert to real enterprises. The government should change its behavior too. |
