| Tiivistelmä: | Starting from short-term behavior in transforming society, the author studies the reasons and formations of short-term behavior, and then points out that short-term behaviour is an economic disease in transforming society. It can damage saving and investment, furthermore, it may delay social economic transforming process. Finally, the author analyses counter-measures to get rid of this economic disease,i.e.,to set up the regulations for economic objects to improve its environmental cognitive ability and to deepen reform to speed up transformation to market economy. |
