| Tiivistelmä: | The accumulated problems of the stock market are: the performance of new listed companies become poorer and poorer year after year and the amount of loss keeps increasing. 101 companies were loss-incurring enterprises in 1997. Most shares are held by State-owned shareholders, so the mechanism established for major shareholders to supervise and restrict the managers is but an empty shell resources are allocated by administrative means, which makes the efficiency of the listed companies diminishing and the State-owned shares and shares of legal persons lose the chance of increasing value. The public resources are controlled and wasted by a small number of people, who are not strictly supervised and severely punished. |
