| Tiivistelmä: | The corporate capital has both the enterprise attribute and the market attribute, which is the third resources allocation mechanism between the enterprise and the market. This double organizational attribute makes the corporate capital obtain an obvious advantage in economics of scale, economies of scope and speed, not only giving full play to to the strong points but also offsetting the weak points of the two attributes and making the corporate capital become the most effective economic organization in the market economy. The formation and development of the corporate capital shows that the socialization of capital occupancy has entered a new historical stage and that the modern enterprise system has got a new change. |
