| Tiivistelmä: | Countries that have not carried out the deposit insurance system actually provide the implicit deposit insurance system, which not only cannot avoid the moral risk but also has a greater latent crisis than the explicit system. So when designing the deposit insurance system we should lay particular emphasis on reducing the harm caused by the inborn defects of the insurance system, not give a negative answer to it. China is a typical country implementing implicit deposit insurance system and should change as soon as possible from the implicit deposit insurance system to the explicit, which is beneficial for the healthy development of China's financial system. |
