| Tiivistelmä: | The expandenary financial policy did not achieve its expected effects regarding expanding domestic demand. Suggestion on that are as follows: to insist on moderate borrowing loans to expand public expenses, so as to make budget deficit directly drive up increase of money supply; to implement tax-reduction policy for enterprises, and make them become components of expandenary financial policy, as well as to strengthen the role of local government during the course of implementing the expandenary financial policy. |
