Therefore, it is of crucial importance to understand and satisfy their needs for innovation support services in regard to both the type of service and quality of delivery. Drawing upon a database of 259 new technology-based firms and 106 researchers, the authors have identifies four needs bundles: marketing, technology, financing and soft service support. |
