| Tiivistelmä: | Since the second half of the 1980s, there has been a revived and increasing interest in the relationship between exchange rate movements and the traded goods price adjustments. The literature focused on this area of research has mainly developed around the study of two closely related issues. One of them, particularly known as the Exchange Rate Pass-Through relationship (henceforth ERPT), refers to the degree to which exchange rate changes are reflected in the importer's currency prices. |
