| Tiivistelmä: | In this article the authors describe a set of skills and principles that turn culturally diverse teams from destroyers or mediocre performers into sustaining value creators. Rather than prescribe a single solution for all teams, the authors walk through the Map-Bridge-Integrate (MBI) approach to identify and develop an operating model that unlocks each team's own potential. To map, teams use objective means to describe their cultural differences and apply this understanding to explain past incidents and set up future expectations. |
