| Tiivistelmä: | What an umpire, a manager and Rotkäppchen have in common: managing knowledge with stories. Stories often play a hidden but powerful role in private and professional life. Using stories systematically in organizational contexts can complement modern technology making it easier to reduce the complexity of messages and to communicate them. Stories mobilize tacit knowledge, improve the communication and generation of knowledge in organizations and they are an alternative form of knowledge representation. |
