Tiivistelmä:Customer loyalty may not only be hard to gain, it is difficult to define. In broad terms customer loyalty to a retailer can be defined as existing when a customer chooses to shop in only one store or retail chain for a specific product or group of products. However, this definition does not explain the source of the customer loyalty, which may not relate to the particular retailer or product at all.
