| Tiivistelmä: | The paper examines the prescriptions offered by researchers about how to create an effective ethical compliance program, and it will show how these prescriptions are reflected in the sentencing guidelines. The authors studied 108 large corporations to determine whether ethical codes, communication about ethics, ethics training, and incorporating ethics into human resources practices would result in fewer occupational safety and health violations. The results indicated that ethical compliance programs did not lessen legal violations. |
