| Tiivistelmä: | The innovation process is investigated by examining the relationship between innovation effectiveness, shared vision, and product and process innovation team dynamics in the innovation process. Results indicate that innovation effectiveness and shared vision are reciprocally and longitudinally related and that shared vision and team dynamics are also reciprocally and longitudinally related. The research suggests that shared vision is essential in team innovation process. |
