Tiivistelmä:The authors have conducted a study and a model about the impacts of task demands, leader-member exchange and social structure on job satisfaction. The model is based on the thoughts of Seers and Graen’s dual attachment model and it is tested using structural equation modeling. The social structure is positively related to a latent factor job satisfaction, showing that the job’s social structure has an effect on various sides of job satisfaction. The leader-member exchange and task demands on the other hand are linked to their respective equivalents in job satisfaction. The results are evaluated in relation to sample characteristics.
