| Tiivistelmä: | Various service quality variables and concepts were used in the article to study the differences in the perception of education quality between students in the US and the UK. Also the main factor affecting this perception was examined. 322 postgraduate business school students in the mentioned two countries were asked about their satisfaction with their education compared to their expectations. The expectations were reflected to different aspects of quality. |
