| Tiivistelmä: | In order to create a net-centric knowledge management system (KMS), this paper aims at describing a conceptual integration of the fields of performance analysis, knowledge management (KM), and technology. Based on an interdisciplinary approach with government agencies involved, 3 prototypes integrating the above mentioned fields are created. The viability and value of this type of KMS are demonstrated. |
