| Tiivistelmä: | In the context of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC), effective measurements of Supply Chain Management (SCM) have become more important. This paper proposes a framework for the Balanced Supply Chain Scorecard considering the literature on the BSC and SCM, SCM solutions, and product characteristics (here as: pr-chars). Causal relationships btw. the SCM solutions and pr-chars. against measures are analyzed. The identified relationship btw. the measures and SCM solutions can be used to evaluate the impact of SCM solutions. Based on a case study, it is found that the importance of measures significantly depends on the pr-chars. |
