| Tiivistelmä: | This survey examines the effectiveness of family-friendly policies (FFPs) in helping employees to balance their work and home roles. The work-family culture, and family characteristics on salient job outcomes, and multiple dimensions of work-family conflict (WFC) and family-work conflict (FWC) were also considered in this study. Results indicates that positive work-family culture and family support may be more instrumental in helping employees balancing work and home roles than FFPs. |
