| Tiivistelmä: | This paper focuses on responsible leadership arguing that it contributes to adding social capital and thereby to a sustainable business and the common good. It is shown that responsible leadership is a relational and moral phenomenon seeing that the leaders deal with a large number of diverse stakeholder claims seeking to build beneficial relationships to both parties which, in turn, enables social capital building. |
