Tiivistelmä: | This study explores the influence that an organisation's corporate values (hereafter as: c-vls.) have on employees' behaviour (as: empl-behr.), focusing especially on the impact of these values on the personal buying behaviour (as: b-behr.) of employees. Based on research within a case study organization producing wine in Spain, it is argued that an organisation's c-vls. influence on its empl-behr. within the work environment (here as: w-i.), and also on their global values system outside of the w-i. Particularly, this is evident within the employees' b-behr. practices in relation to supplier loyalty and environmental concern. |
