| Tiivistelmä: | The study reports three experiments that demonstrate path dependency in risky intertemporal choice. The studies reveal that the evaluation of future gambles is path dependent. Evidence for a two-stage evaluation of risky future prospects are found: when evaluating future gamble, individuals first assess the present value of the gamble and then they determine a certainty equivalent. |
