| Tiivistelmä: | Entry-level managers,middle managers and senior executives were asked: what training would be of help to them; what factors motivate them; what skills are most important to them in the performance of their jobs? Based on the responses of the managers five most important performance factors were found: ability to handle pressure, maintaining performance stability under stressful situations; problem solving; organization; planning; integrity, dealing with others with complete honesty. |
