| Tiivistelmä: | This study examines the population relationships between demographic individual difference variables and job satisfaction. A meta-analysis was conducted involving 21 independent studies and over 10,000 employees to perceive selected population relationship. The results indicate that age and organizational tenure are associated with job satisfaction. The strength and pattern of associations differ by organizational type. |
