| Tiivistelmä: | The authors report the results of an empirical research on what types of entrepreneurs are best suited to cope with management as the firm grows. The results showed that even the manager kind of proprietor at his best could not grasp such a firm grip as a professional manager. A predicament exists between being an entrepreneur and a managing director. |
