Tiivistelmä:The process of corporate planning and control system in the firm Haniel, a multinational service company is focused on. Strategic planning means for Haniel a systematical response to the questions: who are we, where do we stand, what do we want to be, what do we want, how do we want to reach our aims, how do we check the aims reached? Strategic planning is a systematical process, where all point of views of the enterprise are constantly present with the following marks: - a systematic approach and evaluation of the information needed for the planning process, systematic setting of aims and basic measures, systematic and constant checking of the aims reached.
