| Tiivistelmä: | An analysis of the important relationship between an individual's quality and motivation was the basis for the presentation of guidelines of a system designed to develop an individual's everyday quality in a company. Particular stress is laid on the need to create a dynamic relation between various elements, especially those of a purely psychological nature concerning the moral values and the culture of the company. An individual quality contract periodically negotiated between a superior and each member of his group can contribute to the general quality of the organisation. |
