| Tiivistelmä: | Motivation factors are analysed. The factors of the surveys were: the work itself, opportunity for achievement, opportunity for advancement, pay and benefits, recognition, increased responsibility, technical supervision, interpersonal relations, job security, work conditions, company policies. The most important result is that the factor "the work itself" in 1987 was ranked by subordinates first. There were differences in rankings by age, job type, educational level, number of dependents. |
