| Tiivistelmä: | The United States' market is regarded as the largest and most dynamic opportunity in the world. It is pointed out that as an export market or as a place to invest there are many attractions,but many companies find it difficult to live up to their initial expectations. The question is raised:why do some companies succeed admirably when others fail so dramatically? Eight main problems are listed that British firms may have in achieving a successful United States integration. Some principles for overcoming these problems are suggested. |
