| Tiivistelmä: | The main task of controlling is to organize a complete system of planning, controlling and information. Personnel management is regarded as an independent functional unit. The personnel controlling is an organizational part of the personnel management with guideline of central controlling. This division is suitable for firms which are dependent on personal elements. The personnel controlling has two parts: result and cost controlling. Personnel controlling is influenced by the central controlling activity and the functionality of personnel management. |
