| Tiivistelmä: | It is aimed at promoting and stimulating the trainers to imagine good cases and to optimize their uses in training and management programmes. Based on field experience, a pragmatic and strict method to write case studies is intended to be developed. The approach step by step has as a consequence a systematic conception of a case, which will be really to the condition of an interactive training so that management concepts can be learned. Many advantages of this case method are analyzed beforehand and possible interactions with other teaching methods are shown. It is aimed at answering all questions a trainer will put before starting a case session. A checklist with advices is presented. |
