| Tiivistelmä: | The authors describe the development and validation of a personality measure designed to assess a construct called organizational delinquency. It is shown that scores on this measure are related to a wide range of indicators of both positive and negative work performance. Those people who score low engage in a variety of counterproductive behaviors on the job, those who score high tend to be well liked. |
