| Tiivistelmä: | The speed with which changes will take place within or outside the company in the future calls for continuously faster conversion of strategic objectives into effective market campaigns. Examples drawn from successful companies support the fact that the acceleration and linking of strategic and operative management systems facilitates a very great advance in the company management. A management system is sketched which is totally up to date, transparent and effective. The strategic and the operative management cycles are separately examined. The performance improvements achieved by the application of the proposed method are summarized. |
