| Tiivistelmä: | The transmission of financial information between United States corporations and their foreign affiliates is essential to the operation of these entities. Governments, suspicious of the proliferation of information flows in and out of their countries and jealous of protecting data processing industries native to their own lands, are erecting barriers that impede the transmission of data. Examined are the problems of transborder flow of financial information, needed for external and internal reporting. |
