| Tiivistelmä: | Corporate growth is synonymous with change; the more dynamic a company the more likely is that some of its managers may be required to reconfigure their business operation. Reconfiguration can be a much more complex problem than its initial establishment because the manager must usually maintain production or service levels throughout the process. Planners may be able to simplify the planning process for business reconfiguration by viewing the business operation as a system and performing a failure analysis from the inside of the system to the outside. |
