| Tiivistelmä: | Most definitions of organizational commitment stress the psychological binding of a member to the entire organization. This notion is extended by examining commitments to different levels of organizational hierarchy. It is hypothesized that characteristics of organizational subgroups will be stronger correlates of group commitment than of organizational commitment. |
