| Tiivistelmä: | First the German and European antitrust laws are introduced. They are both characterized as laws with a multiple- goal approach. Contrary to this there is the Chicago School with its antitrust policy, which is a single-goal approach only oriented towards efficiency and that, too, in a static way. Therefore a reasonable application of this approach to antitrust in the FRG and the EEC does not seem possible. |
